I'm Svetlana Papir.

a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My experience includes over 600 hours of practice, in which I work with depressive states, anxiety disorders, phobias and panic attacks, as well as with issues of interpersonal and family relationships.

 

My goal — help clients understand and change their internal attitudes and behavior patterns, find stable support within themselves, and overcome difficulties that stand in the way of a fulfilling and harmonious life.

 

I believe in the power of trustful cooperation and an individual approach, where each client is unique.

 

My work is not just about support, but also a tool for developing confidence, self-acceptance, and positive changes in life.
